Manning Builders LLC is a family-owned construction company based in Port Charlotte, Florida. David Manning serves as President and Jessica Manning as Vice President — the same two people you meet at the first walkthrough are the ones accountable at the final one.
We build and remodel throughout Charlotte County and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities, with a focus on homes that stand up to this coast: impact glazing, reinforced openings, and materials chosen for salt air and storm season.
